IT Squared’s BEE does not stop at being a black owned and controlled group. We focus on our empowering all stakeholders of the business from our staff to communities and organizations that we feel contribute to the broader society.
We continually strive to achieve the highest possible BBBEE rating according to the DTI and ICT Charter scorecards.
Enterprise Development and CSR
IT Squared supports the development of the communities in which we operate through social investment and local economic development projects. Our projects focus on primarily building capacity in communities and prioritise socio-economic development and ICT skill development.
Working with Enterprise Support Accelerator (www.enterprisesa.com), we seek to develop youth, women, township and disabled entrepreneurs through either providing technical support to Enterprise Support Accelerator’s ESD partners or providing ICT skills development to improve digital literacy and offer ICT internships.
